Submitting your documents electronically this year? You will soon discover that you need PDF versions of your letters of recommendation. This is easy on a MAC: just write it in word or pages, save and “print” select as a PDF. It is actually pretty easy on a PC, but requires a little extra upfront. Patrick McMahon, a technology intergration specialist, has created a wonderful screencast how to create a PDF using word on a PC:
