Associate Director

The Admission Department at the University of the Pacific is seeking an Associate Director who will be responsible for assisting the Director in supervising personnel and planning and implementing recruitment and admission program activities.

Qualifications: Five to seven years experience in a non-profit higher education admission environment and an advanced degree; or equivalent combination of experience, education and training. Extended periods of travel and some weekend hours are expected. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the University’s policy.  We offer a competitive compensation package including tuition remission. Assistant Director

The Admission Department at the University of the Pacific is seeking an Assistant Director who will be responsible for supporting the Admissions Office in over site and development of admissions processes and procedures, providing counseling and information to prospective students and has specific responsibilities for recruitment strategies and admission information to a targeted group. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree along with three to five years related experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education and training. A minimum of 3 years in admissions with two years in international admissions work highly preferred. Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills and must have valid driver’s license and be insurable under the University’s policy.
