MSU’s Green Bicycles
Do you want to ride a bicycle on the MSU campus? It is free to OACAC participants!
If you are here before registration, please take some sort of proof that you are with OACAC. The MSU Green Bikes Shop will have a list of OACAC participants.
Please stop by B10 Bessey Hall, located along the Red Cedar River trail, 300 feet northwest of the Farm Lane Bridge, to check-out a bicycle and a helmet and enjoy the MSU campus! Your OACAC name tag will be needed to check-out a bicycle. MSU Bikes are available on Wednesday & Thursday from 1-5pm, and Friday from 10am-3pm. Please visit www.bikes.msu.edu for additional location information and canoe rentals.
Internet Access
All meeting facilities at the Kellogg Center feature high speed internet access. In addition wireless access is available in the Kellogg Center lobby; complementary Wi-Fi internet access is also available for hotel guests. For those bringing their own laptops, Ethernet access is available in all Residence Halls and the University Village Apartments. Please bring your own Ethernet cord. You will need your guest log-in. Computer lab 140, located in Brody Hall along the southernmost corridor, will be available from 10am to midnight for those wishing to check out e-mail during the conference. Log in password: visitor. Some computers are also available in the Butterfield Lounge.
IM Facilities and Parking
All MSU conference guests who are over 18 years of age have full access to all IM facilities, including the outdoor swimming pool located at IM West. Access to the fitness centers and exercise classes will require a $3 daily fee. Guests of the University Village Apartments, Bryan and Butterfield Residence Halls need to show the OACAC name badge or room key. Guests of the Kellogg Hotel need to obtain an IM pass at the front desk of the Kellogg Hotel. Parking at the Kellogg Center is available at no extra charge to all conference guests staying at Butterfield and Bryan Residence Hall. Before exiting the Kellogg Center parking facilities, please validate your parking ticket at the Butterfield Residence Hall reception desk. Your OACAC name tag or room key will be required to validate the parking ticket. Guests at University Village Apartment Complex may park at the University Village Apartment Complex. The lodging fee includes parking privileges. All guests of the Kellogg Hotel, may park for free at the Kellogg Hotel parking facilities. If you are staying at a local hotel, you may park at the Kellogg Center parking facilities for $1/hr or $5/ day. If you receive a parking ticket, please contact Romelia Widders at 517-410-6603.
