Treasurer’s Report
OACAC Mark Wells, VP for Finance is responsible for the association’s finances. The annual treasurer’s report is included as an Excel spreadsheet and can be downloaded below. The report will be approved at the next business meeting.

Governing Documents
Two documents govern the running of the association. OACAC has a set of Bylaws which provide the framework of our association. Changes to the bylaws require approval of the membership. The Executive Board also has a Policy and Procedures manual which provides guidance for the day to day running of our association. This manual, unlike the bylaws, can be changed by a vote of the OACAC Executive Board. The Executive Board meets in conjunction with the summer conference and NACAC conference. Between meetings, other business is conducted through a board email system.
